Registration

Set-up:

• Begins at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday

• You MUST be completely setup by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday

• No setup is allowed on Friday or Saturday - days of the fair. NO EXCEPTIONS

Breakdown:

• Vehicle access inside the fairgrounds, to breakdown booth space, is not permitted until 1:00 a.m. on Sunday immediately following last bands entertainment.

​

Vehicles:

• All vehicles must be removed from the inside of the fairgrounds beginning Thursday, by 3:00 p.m. until Sunday at 1:00 a.m.

• Space assignment and parking directions will be provided at check-in. Vendors must provide their own E-Z-Up, tables, display, extension cords, and chairs.

• No side-by-sides or 4-wheelers allowed

Event Hours:

• Thursday

  • Gates open at 4:00 p.m.

  • Booths open at 6:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m.

• Friday –  Senior Citizen Day

  • Gates open at 10:00 a.m.

  • Booths open at 4:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. (May open earlier if you choose)

• Saturday

  • Gates open at 9:00 a.m.

  • Booths open at 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m.

Electricity:

• Electricity cannot be requested on the day of the event. Bring your own extension cords.

• GENERATORS ARE ALLOWED.​

Sales Information:

• All vendors must complete the detailed description of ALL merchandise to be sold including pricing.

​

• Any merchandise not listed on the applications must be approved by the Director in Charge of Vendor/Exhibitor Booths before being allowed to be sold during the 2024 Lee County Fair.

• Lee County Fair Association Director(s) have the right to refuse sale of any item not deemed appropriate for the Lee County Fair Association.

• Responsibility for reporting and paying all fees and taxes to federal, state, and local entities is with the exhibitor/vendor. The tax rate in Lee County is 6.75%.

• A copy of your Sales and Use Tax Permit is required on site at all times.

• The exhibitor/vendor will conduct their business in a quiet and business-like manner.

• The Lee County Fair Association has the right to refuse vendors/exhibitors.

• You must have an attractive booth and displays.

• No second hand items allowed.

Booth Space Assignments:

• Application Postmark Deadline: May 5, 2024. Booth fee is non-refundable..

  • ​​Vendors will be responsible for loading in and loading out products throughout the event.

    • The Lee County Fair Association will not have transportation or assistance available.​

• No vendors are permitted to spend the night inside fenced area of the Lee County Fairgrounds.

- The Lee County Sheriff’s Department will monitor the grounds at night.

- “Quiet hours” start 45 minutes after the band ends and goes until dawn. This gives you enough time to close down your booth and leave the gated area. If you break “Quiet Hours”, you will be asked to leave this year’s fair and will not be considered for next year’s fair.

• Per insurance requirements, there will be no early breakdown or late setup will be allowed. No exceptions!

• If completing registration by mail, all personal checks accepted with correct phone number and TDL. Checks will be deposited once your application is accepted.

The undersigned exhibitor agrees that the Lee County Fair Association, Inc. and its sponsors will not be responsible for any injury, damages, loss, or theft incurred during the 2024 Lee County Fair. In addition, I have read the rules provided to me and I agree to abide by them.

HOLD HARMLESS

All participants will be required to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement upon arriving for set up.
